Fruity and Spicy drinking chocolate!
A delicious blend of Indian cacao, spices and Ecuadorian dark chocolate. Small batch, made in the Netherlands by Krati using consciously sourced ingredients.
No added sugars or preservatives.
Ingredients*:
Cocoa powder**, 65% organic dark chocolate, cardamom***, black pepper, ginger
* may contain traces of milk, gluten, sesame, nuts
** non-alkalised, unsweetened
*** cacao beans, unrefined cane sugar, cacao butter
How to use Spiced Hot Chocolate Mix:
Warm up 250 ml milk either in a microwave or in a pan and add a tablespoon of mix. Mix until everything is smooth & all the chocolate bits are melted. Use a milk frother/ whisk/spoon to mix evenly. For extra sweetness, add a few drops of date or maple syrup. Enjoy warm.
This mix can also be used for baking.
